What it does
The plan moves with you. Skip a run, sleep badly, fly across time zones — Hare adjusts the next session, not next week.
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, soreness — combined into a single colour you can read in two seconds. Green: send it. Amber: dial it back. Red: rest.
It's the same conversation every time. Hare keeps track of your goals, niggles, race targets, and what worked last cycle. You don't repeat yourself.
How it works
A race date, a distance target, or just "get fitter." Hare builds the first cycle in seconds.
Apple Health pulls your runs and recovery data automatically. A 10-second daily check-in fills in the rest.
